    I have the same setup described by the original poster jonla501 and also the same dropout problem. A friend - who also has a N-enabled AE albeit slightly older than mine - uses V-DAC instead. The rest of his setup (except Internet connection) is identical to mine incl the Airfoil version. He does NOT have any dropouts. So is DACmagic the problem for some reason?
