I have become interested in DSP Active speakers for Home audio use. Can anyone guide me to a list of DSP speakers. Most important DSP that I would require would be room correction or change of speaker response to counter room anomalies. I have come across YAMAHA DSR Series DYNAUDIO Air SERIES K&H O5000 GENELEC 8260A Anyone list any experience with these and list me more options in this genre. Regards HP

I have always heard the word "accuracy" from audiophiles and then recently the thought of Studio Monitors creeped into my head.... And audiophile's commented "emotional disconnect" when listening to SM's. They also mentioned accuracy in the same breadth and said that it was too accurate.... I have been looking for a passive sealed monitor (studio / audiophile)... I initially assumed that they would meeet somewhere down the line and as I read and hear they are in the opposite directions of Audio.... I stuffed my present speaker and loved the fine and tight bass and hence have been looking for a true sealed speaker ..... Can anyone shed more light on this emotional disconnect / active or passive / .... and recommendations for a SEALED Monitor... or a bookshelf speaker that will give me a TIGHT bass. Regards HP

I have a TacT M2150XDM which is a digital Room Correction Amplifier. I have the need to get input my Turntable into this amp. The Amp accepts only Digital inputs and hence I need an ADC. Can anyone suggest me a good ADC which will give me 24bit 96khz at least with an SPDIF Coaxial / AES EBU / Optical out and also an option to connect a computer via USB for recording as well... Any suggestions welcome. Regards HP
