Sounds great and everything seems to work OK, except my backups using Carbon Copy Cloner. Data all seems to get copied, but process then gets stuck without a graceful finish. Any suggestions on which item I should comment out in the script for this to work?

I did go with the Power Base, although my audition was only with the standard. I figured if I didn't I would only wonder and not sleep well. Timing was 2-3 weeks, but not sure if that will change as we get close to the holidays.

I have one coming in a few weeks so will continue to watch this space. I can say that the Audioquest Diamond sounded very nice during my audition. There are several threads and reviews with positive comments on Light Harmonic, Synergistic Research and others. A home demo using the Cable Company's library might be the way to go.

Large font on 1.5.10 is the best thing I didn't know I needed, says the guy using screen sharing and 50 year old eyes. Sounds good, too.

Screen sharing has been working for me (MBP & headless 2010 Mini).

The uncorrected graph doesn't look too bad to me for an in-room response. Could be why you don't hear much difference.

Esprit, only a guess, but your serial number is higher than the one in the photos above. I would say you have the jumpers.

Question for Mytek - I have read in this thread that the latest versions have -6dB attenuation jumpers on the board. Are these currently in the distribution network? Can dealers tell which versions they have by serial number? Thanks.

Bill, Just to clarify, was the observed improvement using the Off-Ramp into M51 feeding it 44.1Khz or software-upsampled data? Since the NAD does its unique upsampling thing, I'm wondering how my very good, Redbook-only Legato might do. Thanks, Ron

that I noticed no problems at all prior to 0.32, but now frequently get staticy (a word?) sound after pressing "play" on the first cut of an album. Almost seems like I'm not allowing enough time to buffer. I stop, start again, and all is fine.
