This is my first post here. Sorry for my English spoken.<br />

I am using a DS209 Synology with a V-Link interface and a Denon AVR3808.<br />
<br />
I was not able to get "bit-perfect" with the Synology AudioStation software. <br />
I install and try Music Player Daemon, MPD, on the Synology and now i get 'bit-perfect' audio through USB with 16bit audio files.<br />
Now, if i play a HDCD code file it is decode by the amp Dac (HDCD lights up). Encapsulated DTS in wav files are also decode by the amp.<br />
The only thing to pay attention is to set the volume in the MPD client to max.<br />
