Taking some advice and doing some googling Vanatoo all in one may be the right fit. Price wise what I had in mind compared to the Vanatoo this will work

This is my 1943 radio with working am. I added a small or of speakers an amp and a echo dot. My mother ,90 years old, came for a visit. I steamed an old perry mansion radio show, she couldn’t get over the sound quality. She thought the steam was an am radio show

I purchased the Usbridge Signature with a Shanti power supply on 6-13-2020. Today while playing music my speakers generated a loud shrill. The Dspeaker X4 DAC rebooted. I quickly shut the system down then brought it back up.....The USBridge signature appears to be the issue. I have an amber light on ACT and the pwr light is green. I replaced this unit with my older USBridge and it played with no issues. So I believe I have a USBridge Signature issue.....Any help would be appreciated

This is my1942 working ,1A62 AM Wells- Gardener Coronado Radio. When I picked this up the wooden vents was caked in mud due to a flooded basement years ago. Restored the best I could, added a pr of speakers, a small amp and an Echo Dot. I love streaming talk radio stations from the area on this. It's my time machine. Also on top of the radio is a working 1932 Westinghouse fan. That also was a restoration project.

Sounds to me I need to start saving for an Optical Rendu. Your information makes sense. I haven't read the Optical Rendu explained this way.....I like it thanks......

Friday I replace my switch with a Trendnet switch with a SFP slot. I ran 30 ft. of fiber to a FMC. I wanted to try out fiber in my network. Worked with no issues. I do hear a difference in increased volume and some separation in instruments. So basically replaced ethernet with the fiber. Now time for next steps but I have questions and looking for the best solution at a reasonable price. One do I just remove the FMC and connect directly to a Sonore Optic Rendu Two, Replace the FMC with a Sonore Optic Module and then connect a Sonore Rendu to the Module. Three, (seems like a step backwards) go back to ethernet and connect a Optic Module close to the DAC and use an Optic Rendu. Appreciate the help

My optical network is up and running. I like what I hear just after twenty of minutes of listening. Now I need to start saving for the Optic Rendu, I’m convinced now an optic solution is a big step in the right direction

I would like to replace my Ethernet Switch and Ethernet cable going to my usb streamer. Below are items I identified in various topics within Audiophile Style. I’m new at fiber connectivity and I want to make sure I’m buying the right compatible gear. Listed below is what I had in mind. My idea on replacing the switch is to keep things simple with a direct fiber connection to the switch. I have a couple of other ideas floating around like the Etheregen and or an optic Rendu.
