  1. Hey Chris Thanks much for the reply. So it looks like dBpoweramp is the way to go for me. Glad to hear also that you've heard (& like) the lossless versions...so I guess I'll let Santa know to pull the lever on this one!
  2. Folks Am writing in on a question regarding conversion of Flac to Aiff. There is a version of the remastered Beatles stereo catalog being sold by musicdirect which essentially is a flash drive with all songs remastered to 24-bit/44.1k rate via FLAC files. Santa wants to drop this off...but I since I currently use iTunes as my library, i'm concerned about the work involved to batch convert the catalog to AIFF along with concerns about getting all the metadata over correctly to iTunes. I've searched the forum and it seems that XLD is the preferred conversion utility..but unfortunately it's only for Mac's. Has anybody got any input for a quality utility like XLD..but useable in the windows world? I've done some research on DBpoweramp which seems like a strong contender, but would like to try and get some feedback from the community here first. Also am curious if any of you out there have heard these hi-rez versions of the recent Beatles remasters?
  3. Hello Chris<br /> Perhaps since you have the opportunity to present with Adrien Eiben from Sonos, you might inquire about the future of Sonos support for hi-rez music. It has been all over the Sonos forums, and as a very satisfied long term owner of a large sonos system, I know it's something that many Sonos users including myself, would love to see. It's great though, to see Sonos out at events like this, supporting the community. Good luck.
