I am tempted by Urs and had always long for foobar2000 can read AIFF and WAVE tags. I have freshly installed foobar2000 and DarkOne 3.0.1 and imported some AIFF files, but no joy, foobar2000 don't recognise any tag information at all. Could it be a TouchRemote thing instead of DarkOne? On the other hand, I have issue with plugplayer as DLNA control for J River MC 15, there is no gapless playback support, very frustrating, so I am still stuck with WebRemote.

I am also keen on learning the reviewer's experience comparing the PK100 and similar products. <br /> <br /> BTW, a semi-completed Voyage MPD Starter Kit is available via the Voyage store at a very reasonable price. <br /> <br /> I also wonder how it fare against the Auraliti products.

I am also curious and keen on voyage MPD, just wonder if there are any more comments? As a Linux newbie, its quite a steep curve for me to learn and up this for a trial, thats why I would like to hear more user comments before diving in. Thanks

Thanks for the JR 14 suggestion, but then we've lost the remote control capabilities using iPhone / iPod Touch which foobar2000 allows.

I am not satisfied with only going into a "least cracking" state. I don't know if I shall be happy about I am not the only one having these cracking issue. I hope Halide Design can address this properly. In the meantime, I am using Kernel Streaming with 4000ms buffer which allow true gapless playback with per track gapless album and full file buffering turned ON.

Hi, any more joys regarding optimal setup with foobar2000? No go with short WASAPI output buffer from 50ms - 120ms where there could be irregular music dropout, or foobar2000 could simply hang if buffer further increase to 130ms to 150ms. Serious shuttering when set to 1000 to 2000ms. Is Kernel Streaming more recommended? And will it offer automatic sampling rates change like WASAPI (sorry have to ask becasue my Naim DAC won't tell me what sampling rate the device is playing). Thanks

Thanks ar-t, I am testing on setting the output buffer to shortest 50ms after a clean windows 7 installation. No skipping so far, but then I cannot use the RAM playback (full file buffering) feature of foobar2000. Regards, ninekit

I am also a pleased new owner of the Bridge. Mind kindly share whats the optimial setup with foobar2000? I am having problem with output buffer set to 2000ms using WASAPI plugin.
