  1. Ha guys the ADI-2 Pro manrul says that it work with Dop and native DSD modes. I order one from Sweetwater should have it by the end of the week....
  2. So as of now the Brooklyn ADC doesn't recorded any DSD at all.I thinking about getting both the DAC & ADC. Right now I have a Mytek Stereo 192 DSD DAC mastering & Tascam DA-3000 for vinyl DSD & PCM recording. One thing I'm looking for is a easier way to get DSD recording into the computer using the Tacsam as ADC SDIF2 outputs connected to the Mytek's SDIF2 inputs Mytek firewre to computer DAW software but Mytek has never wrote the software to make that work, they said they were going to but it never happened . It does for pcm, tacsam as ADC AES output to Mytek AES input Mytek firewire to computer DAW software works great. So I was hoping with the new Brooklyn ADC & DAC I could recorded right to a DAW over USB.
  3. I think the Mytek Stere0 192 DSD DAC will work for the only thing it does not is 12v trigger
  4. I have Mytek Stereo 192 DSD DAC using foobar 2000 playback all 16/44.1pcm files are up sampled to DSD128 and I feel it is a big improvement in SQ music just is more real to me. As I have never really like the CD format sound from it's start DSD128 up sampling is a god send.
  5. Any word on when or if there will be new Firewire driver and firmware up date.I have the mastering model of the Mytek and I use it as Firewire audio interface for recording vinyl a Mytek Stereo 192 ADC and just got a Tascam DA-3000 and I'd like to know when SDIF input will be add to Mytek_FireWire control panel switch Sync Sources. That way I can record DSD straight to the computer hard drive with Vinyl Studio not first to SD card in the DA-3000 than move card to computer for cut and paste into Vinyl Studio witch I done I also used the Tascam DA-3000 as pcm ADC,AES to Mytek Stereo 192 DSD DAC at 192 the recording sound great. I have emailed Mytek about this and have gotten no reply
  6. I'm using foobar 1.3.1 with SACD Decoder version 0.6.3 foo_dsd_asio-v0.6.0 in ASIO native. My DAC is the Mytek Stereo 1992 DAC DSD.all my DSD are dsf With this set-up there is no noise at all and it sounds great. I have tried to use SACD Decoder 0.6.4. and up 0.7.1 and they will not play any DSD64 or DSD128 files . I can not find out why DSD play will not work with decoder 0.6.4 and up .My OP Windows 7 pro 64bit with Intel Core i7-3770k [email protected] 16gb of ram build by PC AudioLabs
  7. I also use my Mytek St, 192 DSD DAC mastering version as a Firewire Audio interface with Mytek ST 192 A2DC for recording vinyl. What I'd like to know is am looking at getting a Tascam DA 3000 DSD A2DC as it has SDIF output and the Mytek has SDIF input to use with the new VinylStudio software it now will record DSD64 & DSD128 . But their a problem in the Dice firewire software "Syn Source" SDIF is not on the list. So will I have to wait for Dice Mytek Firewire up grade for this to work? Thanks guys for any help.
  8. I'm have the same problem with firmware 1.7.5 in win 7pro 64bit foobar 2000 for playbck any help?
  9. The new usb2 drivers(1.34.10) must be used with the new firmware(1.7.5.1) to play all DSD files. With new driver and firmware up sampling PCM 44.1 to128x DSD also now works in foobar 1.2.6
  10. Hi, Just tried the new Mytek firmware 1.7.5b1 it works well, but I like to upsample 44.1Khz PCM to DSD 128 in foobar ASIO Native(usb 2) with the new firmware it will not play x128 upsmpled files(will play true DSD 128 flies) but will at x64 so for now I will use the old 1.7.1 firmware.
  11. Also have a look at the Audio-gd NFB-15.32 with 2 WM8741 Chips and 192/32 usb I have the early model NFB -12.1 with 96/24 usb a very well make and great sounding dac for $215.00 Link: ºÍ§Óµ响
