  1. Anyone knows if the early version of e18 can be upgraded for DSD playback?
  2. Hi Miska, I also have Mytek/Firewire setup but can play only DSD64. Perhaps you used the latest version which has the filter & modulator not in the beta version "HQPlayerDesktop3-mac-340beta1" downloaded from the link on Post#1 Cheers
  3. I was able to rip those two SACD's using the old version v0.21
  4. I've had exactly the same slow initialization with DSD playback.
  5. I have no problem with DSD64 & 128 playback. Mytek firmware 1.7.5.5 Mac mini OS.X 10.8.4 Firewire driver 4.1.3 Audirvana+ 1.5.6 Automatic Detection
  6. Sorry it's the old feature of A+ which has been available more than a year ago. You don't need to use iTunes to play iso files? Just add the iso in the playlist window.
  7. I've just ripped this Pentatone SACD successfully with v0.21
  8. I was able to use SACD-ripper v0.21 for Petatone SACD's which failed to rip with v0.30 or v0.36.
  9. Post #2 - in the thread: Audirvana 1.5 Beta
  10. Using the above settings, I can change from DSD64 to DSD128 or PCM without any errors.
  11. When playing DSD64 the Mytek should display "dSd". Do you have the same A+ settings for both DSD64 & DSD128? I use the same settings for both DSD64 & DSD128 and the Mytek displays correctly "dSd" and "HdSd". Opus 3 released 2 Jazz albums DSD128: dsdfile.com | Category | Jazz
  12. Using the older SACD ripper version 0.21 (r272) I was able to rip some of the Pentatone SACDs which failed in the lastest version.
  13. What SACD ripper version do you use? I had the same problem with some Pentatone SACDs but they worked fine with the older ripper versions.
