Chris I was wondering if you tried using just 1 amp in stereo, with single ended inputs, and if so did the problem still exist. Thanks Barry

I have had some success with Herbies audio labs black dots and tender feet. They are very inexpensive so you can experiment with them, they also have very liberal return policy.

I also use these on my cables. I got them from music direct.com.

I have the yggdrasil, it's coming up on 84 hours of burn in and sound that's coming out of this thing now is just staggering. Definitely give this the 15 day demo, you won't be sending it back I can l almost guarantee Also check out The latest absolute sound ,Robert Harley has a review, I think it's on their website.

You might check audio adviser, they have a guy that works for them that does all there terminations. Just don't know if they only do there cables. That said I did a double run of cables on my rig ,I got a set of audioquest screw on ,like the ones shown above from music direct ,it was a piece of cake putting them on. The screws make an incredibly good connection ,the quality of the spades would be light years ahead of what you have now,and would give you much better sound.

I just some cambridge audio 851s on Audiogon or US audio Mart from the Canadian distributor ,there refurbished but bran new with full warranty at 60% off, that might be the easy route.

My yggy just shipped, but I'm on the east coast so it won't get here till next Thursday. I was wondering what to expect sound wise ( please just the guys/gals that actually have one).
