Hi together, it's been a while but anyway thanks for all your comments. In the meantime I finished my project and just want to give a short feedback, in case anybody reads it. I purchased a 15m triple shielded 75Ohm Coax cable with gold plated RCA plugs to connect the hiFace to my DAC and everything seems to work fine. Due to my DACs limitations I can only play up to 24/96 but this without problems. Sound increased, compared to my Denon DVD-2900 and I doubt that I would hear any differences with shorter cables as I am not the greatest in hearing differences. Hi, thanks for the comments. I contacted M2tech and they also mentioned, what is written in the FAQ. Regarding the digital cable, I guess, they did not test longer than 10m, what does not mean, that longer does not work. Maybe I just have to test it. Or anybody out there, who has experiences with >10m SPDIF connection via a coax cable? maadias

Hello together, I am new in this forum, so please don't kill me immediately :-) I am highly interested in using a hiFace but have one big problem where I hope that you guys can help me with. The distance between my PC and my DAC (built in of my AVR) is around 15m (40-50feet). Is it better to use 3x 5m USB-repeater cables (eventually additional with a powered USB-Hub) and connecting the hiFace directly to my DAC or to connect the hiFace directly to my PC and use 15m double shielded 75 Ohm Cinch cable to my DAC? It would be great if you could give me some advice, let me know about experiences and also technical aspects are highly welcome. I am not a high end audiophile so I am not looking for the ultimate sounding cable but only for the better option (from sound- and technical point of view) on this special case. Thanks a lot in advance and I am looking forward to get some information... Matthias
