    Are you using AMD CPU, there is an known issue with AMD+Hiface; http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f46/usb-24-192khz-m2tech-hiface-446375/index58.html see comment 868; if you are using Intel Chip-set please ignore my message. if yes i've report this issue to Hiface and waiting their feedback.
