Is there anything wrong with using the Windows automatic backup - in my case to an external USB hard-drive?

So I contacted HDtracks initially asking for my money back due to problems I was having with inputting my password into the download manager, and following me reading about a number of other problems people were having. HDtracks got back to me a day later. Seems it was human error (my human error) that was causing the problem. My username was registered with a capitol letter that I wasn't including in my login for the download manager. Once I included the capitalisation the DM worked. Funnily, I don't need to include the capitalisation when I log into the HDtracks website. Anyhow, I haven't listed to the music yet (it's still downloading), but I'm really looking forward to it. I just wanted to be sure to point out HDtracks' speedy response to my problem, and that the DM seems to work fine with my system. In pursuit of great music, JCaps

I tried to purchase a 24/96 album from HDtracks today but the download manager wouldn't recognize my password. I tried using the help, but that didn't work. I then checked out the computeraudiophile forum to see if there was any help here, only to find a barrage of problems identified with the downloads. I decided it was more of a hassle then it was worth, so I've asked for my money back. Seems like pretty bad business when an already limited niche market (i.e. HD music) is cut down even further by IT problems. Just my 2 cents.

Anyone know if a lossless or HD download exists out there of Jerry Garcia Band - Almost Acoustic (for purchase of course). My Almost Acoustic CD got all scratched up... booo...
