As yet Linn have only produced Klimax and Akurate Exakt systems I am sure the Majik system is on the way The other amazing aspect of the system is once you have found the optimum spot for the speakers you can then move them to a different position which is socially acceptable and they still sound the same. Having purchased the Klimax system I am very happy and loving my music and hearing so many more nuances in the music One of the stunning tracks is summertime with Ella and Louis just sublime

Shame they didnt call it Linn and give Linn the royalties they deserve

Now it is my turn to rave on I agree Tusk is a great album and would chose it over Rumours any time

I think that is a great idea I have the renew from Linn and am mightly impressed not as good as the new Klimax but still brilliant I am sorry about you experience with ripnas I have been very happy with it

You can easily copy the files from the Ripnas either using the usb port at the back or just copy them on your network I would highly recommend the Linn route I have the Klimax and it really is a great system And easy for the computer novice If you can pay the airfare I would love a trip to New York :-)

Dont seem to see this on HD Tracks If I was to buy the SACD will I be able to rip it with my Apple Mac dont have SACD player

I have gone with Linn and am very happy with the Klimax I have the sneaky in the spare room and it works a treat and happy with the sound

The Linn Klimax is a real surprise well worth a gander (listen) I have been very impressed Had a visit to the factory the passion for music was palpable from the tea boy upwards Neale

I hope the internal power supply with the new mac mini is better than the Time machine internal supply which has had all sorts of problems

I find Itunes a poor program and I am being discouraged from using it to get music which is a shame The albums are often more expensive than the CDs and it is difficult to back up the downloads. You need to rip them to disc straight away. I would like to have a external drive ripnas where all my music is stored and it can be accessed by my three computers when and I want to listen to my music and I can download tracks from which ever computer I want. Finally when I use my ipad, or Ipod it can be linked to the Music drive rather than a computer this means I can play tracks downloaded from any source with out the ipods etc being linked to a particular computer and having to be wiped clean if you want a track from the wrong computer you downloaded the track from. Any ideas sorry about the rave but seem to have lost tracks I have brought ( back up with time machine but thats no longer working only a year old the power supply blown so lost whole lot of music I had thought i had carefully backup) Any thoughts about who to resolve this mess would be gratefully received If I download Flac files I dont have any of these problems and easy to back up)
