  1. What is MPD? Once you use iPeng, you'll never want any other controller. Best $10 I've spent in this whole project.
  2. Yes, exactly. Squeezeslave with iPeng controlling through the L22 analog out to preamp. Currently, only squeeze running (until I get a Touch)...SB Server on a ReadyNAS Pro.
  3. Better! In foobar, if the song is fully 'stopped', not paused, return from sleep is fine. If the song is paused or computer is put to sleep while song is playing, returning from sleep produces noise, though different noise, noise nonetheless. However, if you then play a different song, all is good! Unfortuantely for my personal situation, the new Squeezeslave-wasapi does not respond the same...yet. Sure would be nice if Lynx took as much interest in tracking this down as you folks. Thanks for the help. If you have any other suggestions for the noise, when the song is not stopped, let 'em fly. If you have any test, Jesus, that would help you in your shop as you have built machines with this card, happy to test whatever you want. Thanks again.
  4. As anyone who has read my prior thread knows, I am having problems with a Lynx L22 returning from sleep in Windows 7 with the Lynx using ASIO. I would like to try WASAPI, but am not sure how to set that up. Please pardon the ignorance, but can anyone give me a quick run down on how to do it? Thanks for any help!
  5. It doesn't seem to be software dependent. I've tried Squeezeslave-asio and foobar. It has happened with other software as well as a Lynx Two-A card, as detailed at the Lynx forum, so it's got to be somewhere in the drivers or how they interface with Windows 7. The problem is Lynx won't say whether or not they will further investigate, as they have not yet been able to reproduce. http://www.lynxstudio.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2707 Thanks for any ideas.
  6. bump... Anyone using a Lynx L22 with Windows 7 without this issue?
  7. Thanks for the response. Using latest driver, known but ignored issue as Lynx can't reproduce (it's posted in the Lynx forum). Anyway, I'll let this thread get back to the actual topic. Talk amongst yourselves... ;-)
  8. Not to hijack, but I've GOT to ask another L22 user...What OS? If it's Windows 7, do you have any issues on return from sleep (S3)? Thanks.
  9. This was posted in the Lynx forum by users prior to me, but Lynx can't reproduce and was wondering if any users here had experienced the same problem. I just installed a Lynx L22 to replace my E-MU card as my analog out to listen to music. Sounds great on a fresh boot, but when the computer returns from sleep (S3) the card only outputs digital noise until I reboot the machine. The noise comes out in place of music chosen, not as a constant. Anyone else? Suggestions? New member, but I have learned a lot from this site. TIA for any help.
