I have an idsd Bl and did the upgrade but I don't get a magenta light, I get a yellow one. Thoughts?

can someone explain the de-blurring process mqa claims to do. It doesn't show up in measurements...at least those I've seen.

Don't know if anyone is monitoring this anymore but I've got a question: How do I disable the mixer so that NO volume adjustments are possible? When I tried disabling mixer_type, I don't get bitperfect data anymore. Do I need to be changing something with upmpdcli? I'm clearly a linux newbie! Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Jazz In Orbit download is the same as AP's new SACD? I'm guessing it's not because highresaudio says its a Sony/Legacy release. Highly unlikely it would be Acoustic Sounds sacd.

Thanks for this. I'm loving the beagle bone but am intrigued by this. Is it safe to assume sound quality is comparable via usb? Two questions: -i've read that the rasberries have an issue with usb because the ethernet connection passes through the hub. Is that the case here? -Ramplay - does it work well? Thanks

As far as I know if you're playing music from jriver to the bb you won't get any bit perfect intidcator in jriver. Once it leaves jriver there's no way for it to know how the bb is processing it.

How would a newbie increase buffer size of alsa in the beaglebone? I'm getting little gurgles occasionally. Thanks!

I've checked my bridge and there's info above the cd cut off frequencies.

Mia culpa. The player only functions when there's a dac connected. I was testing without one.

Having a bad time trying to this to work. No matter my jriver setting tracks don't play. Are there any special port settings?
