No, I did not get the same errors lewburns. Win 7 showed driver installed okay. I test it at the play device and it couldn't play and win 7 hang. The rest of the win 7 still okay but I can't shut down after that... I have to physically power down. It would hang JRMC too.... I really like the interface of JRMC and since my Dell Zino HD only got USB no firewire.... the HiFace was my luck at getting hires audio....

Just tried again the drivers on my Dell Zino HD with Win 7 64bit Home Premium and it still can't work.... wonder why....?? I tried both the beta 1.03 and official 1.03, both doesn't work. Did a full reformat and re-installed of my Win 7 before trying..... I am thinking whether is there any hardware differences causing the incompatibilty so far.... Regards rtankm

That's strange, I installed both 1.02 and 1.03 Win7 64bit drivers into my Dell Zino HD and it can't work at all in my J Rivers. I re-format the hdd as I thought maybe I corrupted the window 7 64 bit but it still doesn't work. Install ASIO4ALL and tried.... doesn't work still.... I am planning to return the unit back to the shop I bought.... unless they have a solution soon.

I bought a hiFace recently but so far I can't use it with Win 7 64 bit OS.... Win7 32 bit is okay....so my hiFace have been useless for so far.... sigh.... hope they can get those drivers working quick.....
