If 30% of the people that contact you can't figure out how use the program, you probably have a bit of an issue. Some basic documentation on start up would probably help and certainly couldn't hurt.

Richard...thanks for the reply. I'll check on the menu icon tomorrow. I'm running it on an iMac into a MSB DAC through USB. There's no documentation anywhere so I thought it was running as an app, and not only accessible from the menu bar. it shows up in the dock, but doesn't launch from there, or at least doesn't act like it's launched...

I just downloaded the latest version from the App store and I must ge missing the obvious. I can't seem to get it to run. It shows up in the dock, but it doesn't want to open regardless of double clicking on it, right clicking and doing "open". What am I missing? Running SL, not Lion...
