  1. Found out something interesting today, the NAD 2.0 USB driver is built into the MAC OS! Apple has apparently changed it. What I don't understand is why there are now 10 audio channels for a 2 channel DAC and why there are two choices for the clock source.
  2. I'm getting a weird screen in Apple's Audio MIDI Setup utility for the NAD 2.0 USB Driver. There are 10 Audio channels and a clock source popup that I don't remember seeing before. I remember two channels and no selection for a clock source. Does this seem right?
  3. How do you guys get an account on XXHighEnd's site. They use e-mail verification to validate a new account, but it doesn't work. I've tried to sign-up or requested the validation e-mail three times now and have had no response from the folks at XXHighEnd. Anyone have any suggestions.
  4. Thanks for the response. One more question. If I use an M2Tech HiFace USB Interface wouldn't 24/96 and 24/192 be available on any computer, Mac or PC?
  5. I am going to purchase a new PC laptop which I will use to download 96KHz and 192KHz music files. I will output through USB to a PS Audio PerfectWave DAC. I will also be using dbPoweramp to rip CD's, also for output through USB to the DAC. Does a sound card come into play for these applications, and if it does do they all support 96KHz/192KHz files. Thanks in advance.
  6. When ripping some albums (McCartney, Will the Circle be Unbroken) iTunes breaks the songs into multiple files with different songs in each file. The artwork and title are all the same. All of my other cd's create one file with all the songs in it. Any ideas why this is happening?
