1. I'm using Weiss INT 202 via FWire to connect The Berkeley whith AES , whith EXCELLENTS results ,,, but I think it's interesand wait for the tests.
My set up is whith Mac mini
Barcelona ' Spain
2. I do not understand your question ... Of course not. I use pc where I can put the Lynx card, but I also like the idea of the Mac Mini and would like to connect the DAC in the greatest transfer.
  3. Good question, because a friend in Usa will send me a "gift" calling Alpha Dac, and what can I do? I live in Spain , here nobody sell Berekley, even in hole CE.
  4. Yes Eloise, but, Mac mini it´s for me ; Mini and quiet. Maybe I´will use Itunes and other Mac soft. But I try to know if somebody have a good experienc whith Weiss INT202 Thank you
  5. Has anyone tried the Lynx aes16 against Weiss INT202? It can be decisive at the time thinking about what kind of music server and Dac going to choose. I´m Thinking on: Mac Mini + Weiss INT202 + Berekley Alpha, via AES/EBU imput. Playing my files whith JRiver , using Parallels or Boot Camp, I don´t know..., and In the future control all whith the new Ipad close to my sofa.

    JRiver Set UP

Hello everyone I write from Barcelona, Spain I currently use as player JRiver my library. My operating system is W.Vista. The connection to the previous moment is without DAC, the conversion makes it an internal card Asus Xonar (I'm hoping that a friend brought me from USA a Berkeley, not sold in Europe) The question is, which you believe would be the best configuration of player, ASIO (2.0) or WASAPI ... I hear no difference. What can I do to find the bit perfect The pre amp is a Mark Levinson 326S. Thanks and sorry for my English.
