Thanks for the page. The one I need looks and hooks up like RC-37. It has two post on the back two corners and one in the middle.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase a replacement gold-plated RCA input jack for a Audiophile 2496 sound card? It broke off and I want to solder one back on the sound card board but can't seem to find where to get one. Here's a link to a picture of a sound card like I have.
