  1. Fan noise is not a problem on mine. I don't hear it with music playing. However, I can hear the fan if I'm within a foot or so of the machine with no music playing.
  2. I'm using a Dell Zino as a music server, but not in the way you describe. It's connected to a Wavelength Audio Proton DAC. I can tell you that I did initially use my Pioneer plasma as a monitor. This produced hum. It wasn't that loud, but once I realized it was there it bothered me. Lifting the ground fixed the problem, but I eventually disconnected the Dell from the plasma and instead used a spare monitor. I still had to lift the ground, but I felt more comfortable doing that with the monitor than with the Pioneer. The hum issue occurred with either an HDMI or VGA connection.
  3. lpgear.com is a good place to start. If they don't have a direct replacement stylus for that cart, they'll likely have a suitable replacement. http://www.lpgear.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=LG&Product_Code=STPST01
  4. Hi, The problem is that when I use my iPod Touch to control my iTunes library, the device seems to lose its WiFi connection every few minutes if it's idle. Meaning, the song will continue to play but if I want to browse the library I'll get a message that it can't find my library. It will find the library in a second or two, but there's a very audible click when that happens. The router is a Linksys WRT54GL. I've installed the most recent firmware. Since this happens pretty much every few minutes, the noise becomes annoying and distracting. I have Remote set to stay connected. I have the iPod set to never auto-lock. It's like the device is losing Wi-Fi connectivity, then very quickly re-establishing the connection. The funny thing is, I don't notice any latency or drops when using the device to browse the internet or to listen to internet radio. I've searched and haven't found anything helpful. Anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks Gary
