  1. If you have EVER been a paid subscriber of Amazon Unlimited, the 'free' offer isn't free. My wife and I tried the service at the beginning of the year for a month, then canceled. When I tried to subscribe to Unlimited HD using the same account profile, I got the message that I would be charged a discounted rate of $7.99/mo for the first three months, then $12.99/mo thereafter; I didn't qualify as a new user. Workaround: Create a new Amazon account and don't bother with the prime membership. You will be offered the 'real' 90 day free offer because you will qualify as a 'New' user. During the 90 days you can make up your mind if you want to continue. If not, simply cancel. If you do, cancel the service on the new account anyway, go back to your original Amazon account and sign up for $12.99/mo... same outcome after 90 days but you get the free trial. Gregg
  2. Hi again, I decided to redo the install.... second time is the charm. All my Qobuz favorites are now showing and the response of the application is much better. All is good, Gregg
  3. Hi to all. New user first post. I installed the trial version of Audirvana for Windows yesterday and I'm having a few issues. First, only 49 of my album 'Favorites' from Qobuz are showing... I have hundreds of albums flagged as Favorites and displaying in the Qobuz app. Any ideas of why the rest of my album favorites are not showing on the Audirvana Qobuz/Favorites/Album screen? Second, the response of the application is generally very slow. I'm running a fast PC with plenty of memory, but as I scroll down through my local library there is a lot of hesitation between keypresses and the refresh of the screen. Also true for many other selection activities. I do notice that even after 24 hours, the syncing/scanning of my local library is still showing at the top of the screen. Is this normal? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Gregg
