Does anybody have any experience with this product?

Excuse my ignorance, but where may I find the definition of a "music server". I want to find out more about them. . .

I know this is a rather "hi-end" forum, but has anybody had any experience with these speakers, primarily with an iPod?

Yes that's the reason. I want to use a machine that doesn't contain my iTunes library. But I tried that and the contents of the iPod display, but they are grayed out, as well as the iTunes controls. Am I missing a step? Thanks

Does anybody know if it's possible to listen to my iPod through my MacBook?
