  1. Thanks sbilotta. Would be ideal if I could get my hands on a loan unit to try at home, as I have done with most of my higher value audio devices, but a loan Phoenix Net has been hard to find.
  2. Hi Nuno. With a next gen Statement and thinking of finally subscribing to a quality music streaming service (Qobuz) to supplement my large downloaded/ripped music library, should I expect to hear improvements in streamed music quality using a Phoenix Net over and above what I would hear streaming direct into the next gen Statement? I am actually already using a cascade of quality filters into the Statement (BT Hub into English Electric 8 -> EtherREGEN) but of course I do not expect you to comment on that setup. And assuming that the Phoenix Net does improve over what I already have, either replacing the cascade I use or adding to it, would that improvement feed through to the Statement's ethernet out (Streamer) port? I'm wondering if it would additionally benefit streaming to my smart tv, which I am already feeding from the EtherREGEN to good effect. Thanks for any thoughts you can offer.
  3. Hi Nuno. That’s good to know. I’ll try the PhoenixNET with my Statement. Can you say anything about expectations for how quickly Innuos can upgrade power supplies for existing Statement owners? I’ve been on the list for upgrade since late June.

  5. Hi, I now have an SR Orange fuse that I can use in my SR4T. If your fuse was directional, what way round did you find the fuse worked best in the SR4T fuse holder? The SR Orange is stated as being directional but it will probably take 2-3 weeks of running-in before it will be at its best and I can start comparing for myself, once I find the time to do it.
  6. Can anyone with Paul Hynes power supplies advise me on the direction of current travel through my SR5T fuse holder. I’m trying out a new SR Orange fuse and will start by running-in with the orientation shown in attached photo. Shame PHD Ltd are no longer in business. I always found Stephen to be incredibly helpful. A minor inconvenience of course compared to those who paid money for products they will never receive.
  7. Can anyone advise on the direction of current flow through my SR5T fuse holder? I’m trying out a new SR Orange fuse and will try first the orientation shown in attached photo. No longer any PHD Ltd to ask advice from.
  8. Great to see you back on this thread, Roy. Another great post! I’ve had a DC4 powering my DAVE with great results since the beginning of the year, and I have already been in touch with Sean about likely upgrade options to an ARC6. While he can’t yet confirm, with more testing still to do, he was optimistic there would be an upgrade path. So I will be keeping a close watch for further updates. If I can have my DC4 upgraded to an ARC6, I would need to decide by then whether I would also want the internal wiring upgraded from Neotech to Mundorf. Can you say a little about the differences you heard between these two options? Can I also ask you, and ask others who have been testing prototype options, if you have a view on what type of power cable is likely to work best with the ARC6? Most of the cables I have are filtered Shunyata cables (Alpha and Delta), with one cheapish older generation unfiltered Shunyata Venom cable. Is filtering in the Shunyata style likely to restrict the ARC6?
