Well I solved the problem. My USB Hub was causing the glitch. I have been running it off of the motherboard for several days without issue. Its horribly inconvenient, but such is life.

Update: I have not been using WASAPI due to the crashing issue and I had the same thing happen when using "DS: Primary Sound Driver".

I primarily have flac files and I have been 24-bit output.

I am running Foobar2000 in WASAPI event to my dragonfly red and at random the program will hang and my dragonfly will play full volume static(ish) on all applications. If I change anything I will get this "Unrecoverable playback error: Unknown error code (0x8889000A)" until I restart my computer. If I leave it in "DS: Primary Sound Driver" or the similar I have never had it happen. Any help would be appreciated.
