  1. Hi there, As the title says, I have a microRendu and I'd like to use it stream Tidal, using an iPhone as a remote. Is there a way to do this without buying Roon/Audirvana etc? I've had mConnect suggested to me, but as I understand it, this effectively casts/pushes Tidal to the mR from the iPhone via uPnP. Ideally I'd like a solution where the iPhone is only needed as a remote, telling the mR what to pull from the cloud. So if someone plays music, then puts their phone in their pocket and goes to the shops, the music doesn't stop playing. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance. James
  2. This is clever, but sadly it doesn't really work for me on my 15" MacBook as the pop-out window covers other information.
  3. Many thanks. Would prefer to have them on the side bar as before, for drag-and-dropability
  4. Tidal users: has anyone found where Studio keeps user-generated playlists?
  5. Sorry one more question. Are REW and a UMIK sufficient to perform the required measurements for RePhase?
  6. Great, thanks Bob. I'll give this a go.
  7. Aha amazing. Thanks. Will give that a try. Presumably one can save the output from RePhase in a format that can be read by Mac-based Audio Units?
  8. Thanks so much Bob. Since posting this I realised RePhase is PC only. Are you aware of any equivalent software for Mac?
  9. Great, thanks again - the delay plugin also seems ideal
  10. Many thanks - that would be perfect, though I also need to be able to apply time delay to align the drivers. I think I might have found something... though haven’t yet quite got my head around how to use it or whether it does what I hope it does. https://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/Product_MB7Mixer/
  11. Hi all, I have an RME ADI-2 Pro FS AD/DA converter that offers up to 4 analogue channels. I want to use these to create 2 way active speakers. Ideally I would create the digital crossover and do all DSP using plugins in Audirvana. Audirvana supports multichannel audio, but I can’t find a way to signal process more than 2 channels. Is there an Audio Units plugin that splits the signal and allows DSP on multiple channels, then routes them to appropriate outputs on the DAC - a bit like an Audio Units version of Audio Hijack? Many thanks in advance for any suggestions. James
  12. Hi all, I have a persistent null around the crossover frequency of my active speakers and I wondered if it’s a phase issue. I’d like to try rePhase to address it, but I apply DSP in software (Audiohijack/Audirvana and Audio Units plugins). Does anyone know of an Audio Units convolver plugin that will apply the suggested output from rePhase, or another means to achieve this using macOS software, or does it only work with hardware convolvers like the miniDSP products? Many thanks, James
  13. Bob many thanks - I will get in touch with Rogue Amoeba as you suggest
