  1. Hello @David CraffI mistakenly posted this is in a separate forum. Thanks for your responsiveness on these threads. This is more of a request than a technical issue. I was initially excited to hear about being able to stream Hi-Res Qobuz content through Sonos. However, as I understand it, any streams higher than 24-bit/48hKz will stream at 16-bit/44.1hKz. Most of the Hi-Res content I have saved in my Studio subscription is 96 or 192. Is there a technical reason why this content won't stream at the higher 24-bit rate? Thanks.

  3. I've been enjoying Qobuz on the U.S. Beta for about 30 days. Using Roon at home. My challenge is with mobile use. On iOS, I'm using the Qobuz app on both my iPhone & iPad via Mojo, with a lightning to usb camera adaptor. Sound is great, but I can't get control for either device to the vehicle (BMWConnect) The usb port doesn't recognize any device being connected, and doesn't even play. Aux 3.5 port plays great, but says it doesn't support data transfer. As a result, the only control I have is through the devices, while driving. Any thoughts on a workaround, or setting change? Thanks...
  4. Thanks, Peter. Appreciate your thoughts, particularly that you’re using it over the ‘higher end’ Hugo 2. Mojo is on my shortlist. I’ve only hesitated because it’s been around awhile and I wanted to see if there was more ‘current’ technology out there. Also considering the iFi xDSD, due to its potential MQA compatibility, since I also use Tidal HiFi. In the end though, I’ll probably only keep one of the two services...
  5. I've attached a screenshot of the warning that pops up, if I select either the 92 or 196 Hi-Res download, on the iOS app. Am I misunderstanding what it says? Qobuz Screenshot.pdf
  6. Hi @bobbmd thanks for your feedback. I’m currently using the Apple Camera Kit, with an HRT microStreamer. It’s been working well for Tidal, Deezer HiFi, and now Qobuz CD downloads. However, since starting the Qobuz US Beta, also with a Studio account, my issue has been trying to stream the Hi-Res tracks, not the CD versions. Qobuz says if you use the headphone jack output of your DAC, it downgrades the stream to CD quality, even if you have the Hi-Res versions downloaded. All the portable DACs I’ve looked at have headphone jack outputs. So, I guess I’m looking for a portable DAC that has a USB output. Anyone have any suggestions?
  7. Has anyone tried streaming the Hi-Res tracks in a car, using an iPhone with a lightening port adapter, and portable DAC? All the portable DACs I’ve looked at only have headphone jack outputs, which according to Qobuz, downgrades the stream to CD quality. Any workarounds?
