  1. Hi Larry, Let me test it when I get the Adnaco USB hub, and thanks for your share!!!
  2. Hi there, I have installed my WIN10 onto the Intel optane which is inserted in M.2 slot, and it do have lot of improvements on it. Thanks to all for the share!!! Meanwhile, I am going to order the Adnaco USB card, and will connect the music USB disk. However, I would like to ask 2 questions on it: 1. Is it better to connect the DAC to the Adnaco USB (I am using Holo Spring DAC thru USB)? 2. I am using HQPlayer to upsampling my WAV to DSD512, will it be any improvement to put the music WAV onto a RAM drive during the playback? Or direct playback from USB disk thur Adnaco USB card. Thanks, Louie
  3. If I select AHCI, do I need to install Optane driver for my win10?
  4. But, I have bought 2 bdp160 from the merchant. Using same usb/software and same SACD disc, one is ok, other has this error. Both machines are manufacted at Dec 2015.
  5. It show CD, is it a defect or configuration issue?
  6. Just found out this player is using CD mode to play, not SACD mode. So, I believe the SACD part has problem... I am asking the merchant to exchange another one to me... Thanks all of your help!!!
  7. I try to telnet into my bdp-160, it seem it can detect the SACD disc. But, it prompt out any error: libsacdread: Not a ScarletBook disc! libsacdread: Can't read Master TOC Anything I can try?
  8. Yes, it can play SACD as well as Bluray without any problem...
  9. Yes, it is strange. The problematic Pio can be ping from my Mac and I can also telnet to the port 2002. I have tried custom as well as factory firmware, same error. I use the same program (Autoscript and iso2dsd), it can extract SACD iso or tracks from other Pio successfully!! Also, the 2 Pio are with the same manufacture date (Dec 2015), serial no. are very close... So, I just think whether there are some difference on the chipset in both Pio!!
  10. Actually, I have bought 2 x bdp-160, using the same program, one is success, the othet got this error. I just doubt some of the bdp160 that has different chipset config.?! Anything that I can try?
  11. Hi there, I have just bought a new Pioneer bdp-160, and I follow this thread to rip a SACD. When I plugin into the USB, the drive door is opened and I can put in the SACD. However, when I try to rip the SACD, it prompt out the below error. Can anyone give me some hint to solve it? Response result non-zero or disc opened libsacdread: Can't open 192.168.1.89:2002 for reading I can play SACD or Bluray disc without any problem Thanks,
