I was thrilled by this one, and today I found that Beyer does something similar for $2K, which is kinda a lot. Waves seem to launch similar thing for about 1/20th of that price, so now it becomes really interesting. I am curious what is the app they offer and how it could work with a gaming console.

Hi all! I've found new technology presented at NAMM for tracking head position and translate it as virtual head movement in a virtual room into regular headphones (sort of 3D googles but audio). I believe this will be not only for audio engineering purposes, but also for video gaming, etc. Did anybody hear about anything similar?
