  1. It's called "Zebronics SW2500UCF" it's some Indian brand. Anyway, it's 2.1, and behind it has four jack inputs, two reds and two whites. And the two whites make a green end, which I insert it in my CPU audio jack.
  2. Thanks for the help! Regarding the second link about the "BesYee" product, I understand the two male ends go to the back of the DAC, but what do we put in the female end? Plus, by doing that, do we compromise on the overall quality of the sound output?
  3. I don't have studio monitors, but I do have 2.1 Speakers. My question is, can I connect it to a DAC I'm planning to buy? DAC - Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.
  4. So, I listen to music, and produce, like amateur producing. Anyways, I was looking at the Audio Technica ATH M20x and how it or you guys? Is it good? what should I look for when buying a headphone? Thanks!
  5. Well, comparing sound to video, video is quite easy. You get a nice display driver, a standard projection device, and you can have a really clear, rich, crisp display. You can see that the video is of high quality by it's color correctness, resolution and what not. But, coming to sound, what is quality sound? I mean sure, you can buy DAC's and monitors, and play FLACs. But what's the difference? Because unlike video, which can be of shitty quality in shitty devices, and high quality in powerful devices, sound can be played on every speaker/audio device.
  6. SO, I'm planning to get a DAC and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 looks pretty good. To judge whether it'll be a good DAC for me, I produce music (not professionally, but just amateur/novice productions, with guitar, piano, vocal etc) and I listen to music. A LOT. Plus, I'm pursuing audio production and engineering so sound quality is a requirement. Anyways, will connecting the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 24/7 to the computer destroy or fry it's internal parts? I'm quite scared of that happening. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
