  1. Interesting ripping problem I hope folks can help with. Unable to duplicate success of ripping from PC on network. Ripping via putty through telnet to USB stick in the player works fine. ISO2DSD briefly fades on pressing "execute" but no script in the box at bottom. Manually using sacd_extract in a command prompt produces the following error: sacd_extract 192.168.1.105:2002 -P -I libsacdread: Can't stat /dev/cdrom No such file or directory Thoughts on things to try?
  2. You guys rock! Waiting for a couple years for the Mr. Wicked hardware to happen, ran across this thread. Picked up a refurb Pioneer BDP-80FD for $199 at Accessories4less. Able to rip the iso from http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f11-software/sacd-ripping-using-oppo-or-pioneer-yes-its-true-29251/index3.html#post565102 or hit the player as a server through ISO2DSD and rip as DFF or DSF files. Haven't yet figured how to recognize files DFF or DSF through mediamonkey so I can meta-tag them, nor how to play through WMP (yes, I know, but WMC is still my main playback app), but listening to JT's Hourglass on Foobar just fine. Nice!
