  1. That's good to know, I'm hoping to upgrade after work tonight. Thanks for posting.
  2. Agreed, I definitely liked the MQA logo blue vs the blue dot. It's too discrete for such a big game changer in MQA, why not showcase it more!
  3. I use the Brooklyn phono stage for a Sumiko Pearwood Celebration ii cart and a Hana SL cart, both or MC and I think the Brooklyn's phono stage sounds great. In fact, i sold my Lehmann Black Cube SE II. I think the gain for low output MC is just fine. The only downside for me is that you don't have any "Load" options. That's the only configuration that is missing but not a deal breaker for me. I'm happy with it. Hope that helps.
  4. What version of Aries firmware are you on? Depending on your version, Auralic introduced the Admin Web App. that has various settings that the lightning DS app doesn't have. I believe it was introduced in the 5.0.beta1
  5. Absolutely agreed, it's not demonstrating a great visual for me or advertising of MQA(not my concern) but they can do better than a small blue "dot" for the consumer....
  6. Interesting, do you notice any sound differences at all? I was planning on upgrading after work and to my surprise, it was gone!
  7. Anyone notice that Mytek pulled the releases after v2.22,? Anyone know why? I assume due to issues.
  8. Maybe try taking out the jumpers as a troubleshooting step?
  9. I'm at work now (actually not far from you in DuPont WA), so I won't be able to check it out until after work today. I would suggest you put in an incident ticket with Mytek support so they are aware of it.
  10. The Brooklyn firmware v2.22 is now available! I haven't had a chance to download it yet.
  11. I was able to test out the "creating a playlist" with the Tidal desktop app and using the Auralic Lightning DS app to play the tracks from my iPad and it works perfectly. I listened to a variety of genres and was very impressed with the MQA sound quality through Auralic Aries Extreme running wireless and connected to the Brooklyn via USB. Both Aries and Brooklyn using Sbooster LPS. However, as one would expect, a great recording, is a great recording so it does vary as it does with any other form of media.
  12. Nice for you. Will do, I'll be attempting it while opening up a good Beer!
  13. LOL. Understood. Ok, very cool. I'll give it a try after work..glad it's Friday!
  14. Ok, wow. First, thanks for this reply. Just a couple questions, what do you mean by "film it" ? And I apologize for my ignorance, how to I import a playlist in LDS? thanks again
