  1. I agree with the sentiment that maintenance cycles for 2.8 and even 2.9 seem to have slowed down. Which could be because the product is mature now. I hope a new product will be launched on the Rendu series as generally speaking that leads to renewed attention for the software side of all Rendus.
  2. It has no fuse, but I guess all amps you would use do have a fuse and your house too.

  4. Sometimes, when changing from 44 to 48 (or a multiplication of that) sound is sttange/distorted, a little high pitched. Pause and restart solves this. Not frequently enough to be fully reproducible, in my opinion. I use SRX-DX, not the usb of my Mscaler.
  5. You might also consider the Wireworld Matrix two (I use it with my Topaz, feels good but I did not do any direct comparisons)
  6. Where to meet? Which cafė in Leiden has the best music/installation? I think Meneer Jansen has ancient Diapasons.
  7. Are you going to make your own ifi Spdif Purifier?
  8. What will you do next? The free time this will bring to your life must be staggering.
  9. You might try this: https://blog.tonyjobson.com/2021/03/03/nvidia-shield-usb-pd-power/
  10. No, that is a regular Micro USB adapter, the Shield Adaptor looks more like a square version of an USB C adapter (it is custom, not USB C). See
  11. You can also connect a DAC through USB, by the way (personally I use toslink from TV to DAC).
  12. Extremely off topic, but was that mainly for the lps1.0 or also for the 1.2? I dare to ask as both are discontinued, but there is a second hand market.
