  1. When I started experiencing fuse upgrade few years ago I really cared about fuse type (fast/slow blow…) and fuse rating (how many ampere…) Now I no longer care about exactly match of fuse rating. Just make sure it is high enough.
  2. SR orange fuses sound good to me. All my components now use SR orange. You can try them in your system.
  3. The fuse is in the power inlet. I use SR Orange fuses for both Wavedream DAC and NET.
  4. That’s true. My Signature XLR DAC has output voltage 20V, a bit hot for my amp. That is why I keep the DAC volume at -6.
  5. Then you can go ahead. Me I put 8A Orange fuse in DAC, 10A Orange fuse in Amp, 10A Orange fuses in REL subs. For Wavedream NET I will put 8A Orange :D I only experience SR fuses. Red, Black, Blue, Orange. To me Orange sounds best.
  6. @Zurv My amp is Jeff Rowland integrated, has Orange fuse too :) If you need exact fuse specs then you can ask Rockna. But me I always use higher current rated fuse than specs :D
  7. I use SR Orange fuse for Wavedream DAC. Will put one for upcoming Wavedream NET too.
  8. Wavelight server might have newer PC parts. Sure they have much more differences. That might be the reason it takes long time to develop Wavelight server and make it available.
  9. @Zurv I really really want Wavelight server because I don't have any CDs. But the Wavelight server had been delayed 1+ year and my local Rockna dealer said he has no date for its available. That's why I get the Wavedream NET. Currently I feed my DAC with NUC fanless + SOtM sPS-500 output to USB, to IFI iUSB3.0 + Uptone LPS-1.2 then to DAC USB input. USB cable is Ansuz D2.
  10. I’m waiting for Wave dream NET and a 2m Wireworld Silver Sphere HDMI cable to pair with Wave dream XLR signature. Hope they sound good :)
  11. My first experience with R2R is very good. I had chance to do home listening of Audio GD R7 DAC, to compare to my trusty Invicta Mirus. After that I ordered a R7 2020, and now I’m still happy with it :)
  12. I have used Acourate to create the convolution filter for Roon. While Acourate generate up to 384kHz filter file, the zip file it packed for Roon includes filter files up to 192kHz only. That issue can be easily resolved by putting the rest filter files (higher than 192kHz) manually in to the zip file before upload to Roon.
  13. Thank @superdad. I'm not Steve C. I will contact you as per your advise.
