  1. Here what I got as an answer form ARM support team as follow: Dear Harold, Thanks for your update. We have ran this past our Technical Department, please find their comments: "It could be the relay switching for muting. Either the relays or the control-IC get too hot. Does the customer have enough airflow around the DP-777? If yes then the main board may need to be serviced (if in warranty) as the Relay control IC overheats (it includes over-temperature protection)."
  2. Hi Steven I have not heard from Owen. Oh well I guess he is too busy!
  3. Thank you Steven that was very thoughtfully and hopefully Owen will response with a solution!
  4. Thank you Steven that is very kind of you and Owen will reply soon!
  5. Thank you I have opened a ticket for two weeks but no resolution correcting issue yet!
  6. I have been experiencing issues with my DAC whenever I run unit for long lengthy periods I occasionally lose sound on both left/right channel output. In order to get sound back I have to power down and than restore power after a hour cool down. Once powered up sound is restored. I have unit in a well ventilated area with no other component near by to suggest a thermal overload. I would appreciate some feedback as to what might be the issue!
