  1. This product is primarily designed for system disks, and Alpha Audio's test was conducted under the data disk. It is not because of their review that we are saying this. Several years ago, long before the conception of this product, we had already concluded, along with local CAT users, that the impact of system disks on sound quality far outweighs that of data disks. The day after the review was published, we discussed this situation with them and expressed our viewpoint. However, they mentioned that due to environmental and time constraints, they were unable to conduct further tests on system disks.

      Hello,

As far as I know, Soundgenic doesn't support NVMe and therefore cannot use our product.

  3. Based on feedback from users, we have introduced a bracket extension cable, which can be installed and tested more concisely. At the same time, a special sale is currently underway, and a 2TB (TLC) version of NVMe will be launched in the near future.
  4. Due to the lack of components, we have been out of stock since the end of last year. Now a new batch of products is in production and will be completed soon, we are also starting to provide a 1TB version. If you are willing to pre-order, please send a private message.
  5. Our initial design was solid aluminum with copper plating. Those existing small heat sinks can be used as long as they are the right size.
  6. Current audiophile NVMe users or potential buyers alone won't be enough, but we haven't given up on our heatsink production plans, which we're still discussing with the factory recently.
  7. I'm sorry there is still no production schedule, we can't find a factory that is willing to produce such a complex shape in small quantities.
  8. On the premise that you have not informed the expected return time, your departure notice does not mean that you can completely ignore the message afterwards. Our test products are all borrowed from the factory, their inventory at the end of the year has also caused a lot of pressure on us, I must be able to grasp the situation at regular intervals and report back to the company. I did not continue to send messages to disturb you, after the end of October, I only sent you a message in December, 1 I did not ask you to respond immediately too, I waited your response for another three weeks, please reply to my last pm with pm first.
  9. You can post any messages we exchange, my message does not ask you to pay, but asks you to send the item back, you are testing, not buying. The fact is that you are now willing to tweet here, but you don't have time to contact me directly at pm, this is a basic communication requirement, regardless of how expensive your equipment is.
  10. I regret to report the behavior of our SSD testers @Dev (Debjit Ghosh). He started testing on 2021/9/4 and did not return the product. Based on his notification at the end of October to deal with family matters, we did not contact him for the time being, until December, we tried to send PM, post here with tag, SMS, and phone calls with him, he neither answered nor responded. If he disappears completely, we can think that he might actually have encountered an incident, but we can see that he continue to visit to Audiophile Style every one or two days during this period, so we can only assume that he is intentional encroach. Hi @The Computer Audiophile, please pay attention to this user.
  11. You can buy the heatsink separately when it is available and install it yourself, thanks.
  12. We have a design version of the heat sink, and there are photos on the official website, which should be able to meet your needs, but it has been difficult to mass produce. Due to the appearance of this SSD, commercially available shield/heatsink may not be installed.
  13. One of our testers @Dev lost contact after end of October, I hope you contact us soon, thanks.
  14. Mac Mini 2012 should not support NVMe, I think the entire series of Mac Mini are too compact and not high enough to install this NVMe.
  15. One of our testers @NewOldman completely lost contact after 6/21, not sent any experience, and not returned the sample, I hope you can contact us as soon as possible.
