  1. First, I am by no means an expert on ripping SACD's with an Oppo but I have an Oppo 103 and the IP address I connect to is 10.0.0.28:2002. The IP address you are attempting to connect to might be your router address as my router has a similar address. Go into your Oppo 105 set up menu and scoll down to Network Setup and find the IP address of your unit on the right side next to 'Connection information'. Hope this helps! Good luck.
  2. This is the best thing to happen to SACD's since their introduction. To have the ability to rip the files for personal use and make a backup SACD-r is huge. I can't thank the folks enough who provided the information and worked on the programming to make this happen. I actually believe this will cause a jump in SACD sales. Huge thanks to tmtomh who help me get things moving with my set-up. He made the process simple and it worked flawlessly. I have been creating back-up ISO's and burned 1 SACD-r so far and all is working fine. I do have a question from those with more knowledge on file conversions. If I convert an 24/352.8 DSF file to a FLAC file should I use 24/176.4 or is 24/96 fine as well? Also, does a PONO DAP play the DSF files natively or must they be converted? How about the FiiO? How are other folks using their files. I am fortunate in that I also have a Oppo 93 with firmware still installed allowing SACD-r playback but the process is odd that I can rip using my 103 but can only play that burned disc in my 93....
