Have this awesome DAC as well and thinking of selling it only because i'd like to upgrade to the extremely pricey E38 to match my Oppo blu-ray DAC. There is no better way to play those coveted multi-channel SACD ISO file using J River direct to this. Flawless operation with the rock-solid Exasound drivers (and would possibly include the well-matched Uptone audio Regen USB as well). Currently there are some caveats i would have to address, with it but would anyone be interested in this original $3500 E28 component for about $1500--negotiable? PM me...

I dont blame you. I'm thinking you may have had both--is it that much 'smoother' sound than the e28 with the 9018? My friend with same chip in an Oppo 205 says it bests the 105 (9018) by a considerable margin, and i'm betting Exasound tweaks it even further--AND handles MCh which the Oppo never will. Saving my pennies

Wow...i had this exact same question because Hiby can technically play all my converted SACD-ISO files i have on 256GB flash drives fpr my main home theatre. That means i could get the LG V30 and use it's great DAC with my existing files--and dump my dedicated DAP. I noticed with OTG on a test with my Note 5, it WILL play my 128GB exFAT formatted flash drive (its seen in HiBy), but will not see any of the 256GB NTFS formatted ones (gives corrupted error). Is my solution to just format one of the 256GB flash drives (or an even larger portable drive) in exFAT mode? It sounds like the barrier is the formatting type and not the storage size...
