  1. @flak does the beta version support the loading of filters into a minisDSP DDRC-88 unit?

I'd like to get that new filter to just work Pegs all cores when I try poly-sinc-xtr-mp, never plays anything though. OS X 10.12.2 iMac i7 Roon -> HQP DoP, Pipeline SDM, poly-sinc-xtr-mp 5.6Mhz - NAA - Teac UD-501 Tried all modulation options from DSD5 through ASDM7 and Cuda off and on.

When selecting NAA as the output from HQP on your Win10 PC you can also select which connected audio device to play through on the PC running NAA. At the moment it sounds like you have default output of internal speakers selected.

Miska, you've mentioned a few times that different filters suit different types of music. Is there a way to change filters automatically based on what's being played, maybe from a genre tag?
  7. Hi Miska. Sorry if this has been posted, I have searched. I'd like to setup NAA to launch at login (have this working fine using launchd on OS X) but I can't work out how to ensure HQPlayer selects my USB DAC as the output by default. At the moment, if I restart the PC running NAA, HQPlayer finds NAA but selects Built In Input as the audio output.
  8. Chrome Remote Desktop is another solution to consider, free as well. Install Chrome browser on the Mac mini. Add Remote Desktop extension through Chrome browser. Install Chrome Remote Desktop on your iPad. Set up is quite easy.

That's a great question, I'd like to add to it if that's OK? How do we get notified of new releases for HQPlayer? At least stable but beta would be nice too.
  10. I'm considering getting an NT-503. I have a UD-501 and really enjoy its performance when being fed DSD by HQPlayer controlled by Roon. Can the NT? - be seen and used by HQPlayer as a target device on the LAN input? - assuming the question the the above is yes, can the LAN input accept DSD256? - assuming yes to both of the above, can HQPlayer running on OS X send DSD256 over the LAN or is it limited to Core Audio's DSD128 over DoP? I really want a DAC that can accept DSD256 via LAN which can also have it's own filters defeated.

Miska, do you have a recommendation for settings for the UD-501? I'm using poly-sinc ADSM7 which seems the highest the DAC can handle via OS X, Mac mini i5.

Is there a CLI version of HQP for OSX available?
  13. Hi Damien. I really enjoy the improvements Audirvana has brought to my music and it has been rock solid for me with not a single crash or hiccup (OS X, iTunes as library manager). Thank you. I am sick of iTunes however and have tried your library but this doesn't suit me either. I have migrated to Roon recently and really miss the sound Audirvana brings to my library. Is integration with Roon something that is on your roadmap?
