I am a LPS1+iso regen owner. Combined my ISO regen with the new LPS 1.2, it uncovered more details from my benchmarkmedia dac3 hgc when compare it with LPS1. On the low frequency side, bass line and body are more clear and easy to "see" and more punchy. High frequency has more relax and natural feeling, violin sounds sweeter. Sound stage is also expended deeper and wider. I use intel NUC as main media center, foobar+fidelizer+jplay for hifi music playback. Spotify and youtube for casual listening... And yes, it worth the upgrade if you use DAC3. William

Why do WAV and FLAC files Sound Different

I must confess I did listen to "sound" instead of music. And, in fact, quite often.[emoji16] Sent from my Nexus 6 using Computer Audiophile mobile app -
Why do WAV and FLAC files Sound Different

As long as we isolate noise from PC and jitter condition was not vary when playback flac and wav, I believe the differences are not from file itself. We should put more focus on different components in audio chain. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Computer Audiophile mobile app
