  1. Disabled the Nagling issue. That did the trick. Thank you so much.
  2. I'm using a Windows i3 laptop as an NAA and an i7 with 16 gig of RAM for HQP DESKTOP. Both are Windows 10 machines. The system plays beautifully, up sampling in PCM to 192hz, but the NAA experiences a delay in recognizing commands from the Desktop version, and very often, when switching tracks the music will stop. What can I do to make the NAA more responsive?

  4. That makes sense, Miska. I will give it a shot when I get home. Thanks!
  5. I should also state that the DAC, a Nuforce u2, does not show up on the NAA drop down menu in the H@Player settings.
  6. Looking at the NAA the DOS screen shows there is a protocol error every time I try to connect from HQP followed by a disconnection.
  7. Still won't allow me to name the NAA in HQP. I have no problems running RoonBridge on the remote laptop from the same Core Server. Any hints as to what the issue is? Thanks!
  8. Thanks Ted. I'll give it a go.
  9. I'm running HQPlayer on a Windows 10 machine and attempting to run NAA on an old Windows 7 laptop that cannot run a full version of HQP. Try as I might, I can't find any instructions to help me install and to link the NAA and the Windows HQPlayer. HQPlayer doesn't see the NAA and won't allow me to enter the NAA address. Where can I find a guide to setting up the Windows NAA? Thanks!
  10. Wow, this little device has just decrappified a really noisy USB output. I can do anything on my PC and the sound coming out of my Bifrost is as quiet as a freaking church mouse, even into headphones. I don't know if it sounds better, and quite frankly, I don't care. Just to be rid of the noise...
