    if CPU heatsink is installed make sure that it is not over-tightened. If there are any adjusting bolts there then unfasten it a bit, or try to remove heatsink at all (for test only of course). It helped me to solve the same problem (with another Gigabyte mobo - but anyway). It would be better if mobo will lay on flat surface during this test.
