hey folks..
I'm new to this forum.. not sure if this gets covered routinely, so I appoligize if I missed it in a search.
I was burining a couple of CD's from a playlist when my Mac went silent and then restarted. I'm not sure what happened as the power didn't go out, etc. It is a 2005 G5, so might be gettign tired..
When I restarted and pulled up iTunes, everything is gone. I know the music is still in my folder on my storage drive, which is backed up externally. It's been couple of years since I encountered a probelm with iTunes (I think an update a few years back resulted in a similar problem where iTunes had to recover the library). Is there anything I can do to get back my playlist? They're still on my iPod...
Just curious if anyone can offer some advice on how I can recover my playlist (if at all) and even protect myself from this in the future.
