    Audirvana Plus 2.6

Hello Damien, First thanks for the good work, it feels more like a 3.0 than a 2.6.x ! In terms of performance it's just impressive how faster the software is and the interface improvements are awesome. I've noticed two issues : - if i rate the currently playing track the rating disappears when the track is done playing. No issue if i rate a track i'm not playing. - sometimes audirvana crashes when i'm adding or modifying the title of a folder inside my library folder, though it doesn't happen everytime and i haven't managed to figure out how to replicate that. If i can allow myself a little demand : would it be possible to have the same background black that you put in the research tab in the library tab. The grey is OK but i really like a plain black Thanks again, and i can't wait to the see what is coming the future, considering how A+ improved since i bought the license for the v1 2 years ago. To be honest i'm a student and it's the only software i bought a licence for
  2. If i remember correctly Damien said 2.6 would be focused on the mac os app library / UI improvement. For non streamers / non iphone owners like me i guess it will be a treat, considering the last updates were about the iphone app and implementing streaming platforms. Can't wait !
  3. Hi Damien It would be nice if we could just copy tracks in audirvana (for instance a playlist) and paste it in the finder. At the moment, i have to click on each track, click the arrow at the top left of the metadata panel which redirects to the finder, copy and paste .. Doing that for dozens of track is a bit annoying. /E: what's more, it would be cool if in album views we could see every release in which appears the artist we are searching. For instance, if i'm looking for four tet, in track view i will see every tracks for which he is the artist, but in album view i won't see a DJ album in which there is a track from him. I hope this can get included Thanks for the hardwork !
  4. Yeah, i felt dumb when i understood it was traktor and i answered you i didn't use any other player. The fact that there was a bpm issue too should have led me on the way earlier though. Interestingly, according to my google research, traktor changing the tags seem to be an issue since 2008 ... I think i'm going to make mp3 copies of the tracks i want to dj instead off adding my full flac library to traktor.
  5. Damn, i finally spotted the issue. I sometimes use traktor to dj, and it seems that Traktor removes the year tag of the songs i dj
  6. Thanks anyway Another weird thing i've noticed, if i have a look at my library and there is let's say 3 albums with the issue (showing up in the list even if they are recent albums), and then i have a look at a playlist, and then i come back to the library, it's not the same albums up in the list ... I think audirvana is trolling me. I've given up and i'm trying to get used to have 201x albums before Bud Powell's 1955 album
  7. I add the album files directly to my audirvana library and then i modify the tags with audirvana's right side panel.
  8. I don't use any other audio player. New albums appear up the list ( year tags messed up) each time i close and reopen audirvana. It's a tiny thing, but i'm very thorough with my digital library and it bugs the hell out of me I've had this problem for months, i should have reported it earlier though.
  9. Hi I forgot to precise, i have this issue with Audirvana for Mac Os.
  10. Hi I've been using audirvana for approximatively a year now and i love it ! I've noticed an issue that is bugging me. I classify the albums by year in my library, and i've noticed that each time i close and open audirvana a few albums go up the list (even if they are not the oldest albums in my library), and when i have a look at those albums track infos, some are missing the year field (even though each time i add one album in my library i add the metadata for the year), as if audirvana was deleting them for some tracks. it seems to be related to the BPM metadata, i don't know how, but for all those albums that appear up in the list when i open audirvana there are bpm info too (i'm not used to putting the bpm metadata, i think they are just there when i get the album). I hope i made myself clear, it would be awesome if it could get resolved. Cheers and thanks for the hardwork Damien, A fellow frenchman
