Once again you have come through for me!! I have no idea why it stopped working after having been in my custom Favorites literally for years…. Thank you. It is working again.

Station has been in my Favorites since day one. Stopped playing several days ago. It displays, but no information on what's playing, no sound. I'd like to reinstall the URL, but I cannot find the URL in a format required by the Aurender

Having difficulty retrieving a radio station in shoutcast. Trying to get hold of Ari.

Later that same day: Ari got hold of me via my service request. After clarifying a few things he said he’d work on my case to make the Aurender work with the Ayre. Hours later I received an email to reboot my digital gear and see if the patch he applied worked. It did! It does! No volume issues- I switched between every sampling rate in my library and back to DSD seamlessly. Outstanding service and support all in less than 1 day

I most certainly will keep everyone up-to-date on the resolution. I am sure it is merely a bit of adjustment. Both good companies.

Ok, I’ve got the ball rolling. Aurender has updated my N100. As I mentioned earlier, the conductor app was already updated (although some missed that part). I am running into an Ayre Qb-9 Twenty which allegedly does native DSD. It doesn’t work, although frankly I did not expect that initially it will. Computers, software, different designers, what could possibly go awry? I am ,however, quite confident that it will work . Since I heard about the native DSD capabilities from Aurender I was anxious to begin this process. So service request was duly dispatched to Aurender, I am reaching out to Ryan at Ayre, and between all involved I am looking forward to more and better from my system. I’ll let ya know!

Not unanticipated. Roll outs have bugs.The Aurender display indicates titles being played as pcm. I have no problem participating in possible solutions. Posting here because I know Ryan is active in this thread. I will also send service request to Aurender. Will keep the community updated.

Hello All, now that Aurender is offering native DSD on the N100 I am looking forward to experiencing more of the capabilities of the Qb-9 Twenty. To that end the newest software is installed on the Aurender. The following appears:

I only discovered the existence of new system software by way of updating the app, however Conductor via app store is 1 digit off software version listed on Aurender site. Mine ends in point "4" from Apple- Aurender site indicates a point "5". There was no toggle prior to last week's updating of Conductor, nor notice of new system software until then. Two different versions of system software are what i was trying to resolve. My device shows version # from last October, reporting that it is the latest version. Aurrender site shows newer version released in April. Newest Conductor download indicates i need a version of system software i cannot download. I did send a service request. I hope it gets there. I am not "out" anything by not adding newer,"free" features. Probably have a lower tolerance for frustration due to the lockdown. Thanks for weighing in Ari. I shall wait and see what becomes of my service request .

Well, yes. Hate to complain. My DAC allegedly does native and I'd like to exploit all of its features if possible. I sent a service request via the app but I had to install a mail app on my iPad first. It might be on me that it wasn't received although it shows "sent". Hence my confusion since I thought it would happen automatically when I asked Conductor to check latest version.....

I am confused about the software notices. I upgraded the Conductor app which now provides a toggle in Advanced Settings to use DoP or native DSD. Aurender 's site shows a newer version for my machine, however the app keeps telling me I have the latest update which is lower than the version shown on their site, nor does the toggle work. I get a pop-up saying I need the latest software, to be released in May. Aurender site says it was released in April. Anyone else seeing this too?

Have played my QB 9 Twenty all day, everyday now for almost 90 days. I don’t think 2-300 hrs gets it to where it is illustrative of the full capability of the unit. The owners manual for the original specified up to 500 hours. After two months I felt it was pretty much where it was going to be.... but I was wrong. After another month it continued to show subtle, incremental improvement. Not huge performance leaps but more refinement on the manifested qualities and a continuation of refinement in depth and high frequencies. As we get near the end of the fourth month it hasn’t changed much at all so I’ll call it “done”. It doesn’t surprise me with some new attribute anymore, but it delights me everyday with some sessions lasting 8 hrs. It takes longer than you might think to run it in.

Mine is 5 weeks + of running. I think it is a fantastic Dac. My player doesnt do native DSD so I cant comment. The one thing i have seen in this time that isnt "quite right " is occasionally the display doesnt turn off after changing sampling rates. I guess it should be addressed.... but if that's all it does improperly I am not inclined to send it off. The SQ is very good and the separation/ layering within a performance is outstanding. It didnt do THAT before🙂. Heard it in two different systems with different transports and the QB-9 Twenty clearly showed the differences so I may need to look at my front end.
