  1. thanks. I did connect with Tim. There is always trepidation in buying from a smaller boutique organisation; especially one that has no presence in one's country. Will it be reliable? Will it be good? Will I get good service? My experience with Tim and the Holo Audio has been so positive on all those counts. Tim has always been willing to help, whether it has been to provide the never ending documentation the custom authorities needed while clearing the DAC; to quickly identifying and committing redressal of the current issue with my DAC. And then there is the product itself, which gave me so many hours of pleasurable listening, to the point where one forgets about the next upgrade and simply enjoys the music. Tim has always struck me as an audio guy first and business guy second. His devotion to the Kitsune and holo audio brands is manifest in every interaction as is his desire to "do right" by the customer.
  2. Hi Tim, after a little over 2 years of flawless performance, my KTE spring DAC suddenly stopped and switched off mid song. It was a burned fuse. However, on replacing the fuse, The replacement also blew almost instantaneously. Am loathe to try anything else without some guidance from the vendor this is the 230v model. Is there anything I should be doing to troubleshoot? Am keen to get it functional as soon as possible. thanks
