Hi Jarek, This answer is so empty and lacking credibility that I have no doubt it came directely from Mr. Ho. I´ve exchanged e-mails with Many Torres in february 2016 regarding delivery timetable and no delay was mentioned. I´m not here to debate Lh Labs ethics regarding consumer relations because I´m tired of BS. The part of the "regardless when you unit ship" is so disturbing, try to see the picture I´ve lended money for over 2 year with no interest and you say I should be happy for not having to twice for the same thing. And what about it, you bought a brand new car in 2014 what about geting the the car (maybe) delivered in 2018, it is so outdated that even new it does not hold the same value. But certanly the problem is the lack of consideration of the consumers. Again the 1 million dollar question, how many Vi Dacs were delivered? out of those the number of SS and Tubes? when did it happen? and how many went to direct sales and to crowdfunding? Hi Jarek, I want to leave some questions for the company, please take your time to find out. 1- You say there is no malice from LH Labs, so why did they charge me for shipping of a non existent Vi Dac Tube infinity back in december 2015? 2- Why back in 2015 did they publish a timetable showing that Vi Dac Tube would finish shipping in March 2016 if the PCB vendor, the CNC vendor and other vendors were still strugling? 3- Why did the company kept on saying lie after lie when communicating with customers via e-mail, I have the e-mails to support what I I´m stating here. 4- The numbers of shipped Vi Dac that you published last week are really hard to believe, where did get the info from? Larry Ho? please bring us more data on the this, and I´m sure a list with the pending orders would make the community happy. Other than that good luck.

Apart from the whole R&D problems and all the lame excuses they made up is the last 3 years. They commited FRAUD when they charged people for shipping of non existing products almost 2 years ago.

They are indeed scammers, I was charged for the shipping of my Vi Dac Tube back in december 2015, and they knew for sure that there was not a product ready to be sent. If I lived a bit closer to their HQ I'd definely pay a visit.

Now the really interisting part, I just got and 352Khz album from HD tracks to check if my Nuwave DSD could handle it, could not find any 384Khz, and it plays without a glitch,. The spec sheet for the Nuwave DSD says it does 192Khz but it can definetly play 352Khz.

Spec sheet at PS audio says 24/192 PCM, I´ve read from Paul Mcgowan stating that this is a Nuwave DSD with preamp.

Agree to certain extent, my big issue with LHlabs right now is about not being honest. I would rather get very bad news about technical specs not being feasible, a call for extra money or even a complete flop. What we have now is lie after lie, Larry blaming suppliers and other excuses. When they send me an invoice for the shipping without having a product to ship I consider it fraud.

Larry Ho and the rest of the team managed to turn one of the most successful crowdfunding campaigns ever in a nightmare for those who put their money on it. In the last couple of years was only about lies, excuses and long silencies They have serious problems, but instead of coming clear to those who trusted them they chose the deceit path. I was charged the shipping fee 13 months ago, they knew there was no product to ship, after that I just do no trust them at all and have doubts they are financially sound to deliver what they promised. Larry promised updates on shipped units but it never happened.
