Just Music

Its about time that the Audio manufactures start realizing that a high 90% of the world listens to Digital music and not just CD or Vinyl. With that being said Oppo has done a great job housing an all in one solution with preamp / volume control /Dac /steaming media player with networking capabilities. Hmmm, one connection to the amp and speakers Bingo!!! I'm hoping the rest of the manufactures get on the band wagon and take it up a notch! Thx. Bill Best, Rob

Hello Everyone, I want to start by saying I am a newbie in the Dac world and have been listening to Tidal streamed through my Opp105's Sabre Dac with not to horrible of a result. The music coming from Spotify to Tidal was definitely an auditable improvement. My goal was to replace my Oppo 105 for another Preamp/Dac I could enjoy as a Noticeable and worth while Performance to Dollar ratio difference from my current rig. I currently don't have a NAS and don't see one in the near future, so Tidal is it for now and dsd and NAS will come later. My pocket wont let me step up to the Lampi big seven with Volume. Help!
