  1. You are most welcome. Please report on persistence!
  2. I think yes, but give it a try!
  3. Did you click Save in Material Skin? - it is easy to miss at the bottom of the page Yes, it is Daphile. I use the Material Skin interface (http://<DaphileServer-IP>:9000/MATERIAL/) and the Daphile interface (http://<DaphileServer-IP>/cgi-bin/AudioPlayer) interchangeably.
  4. Figured out how I made it work in the past. I just tried it and it works. 1. Create the NAS Playlist directory 2. In the Material Skin interface (a fabulous plugin if you do not know it), go to Settings > Server > Playlists Folder. 3. Replace the default (which points to the headless server playlists folder) with "/srv/mediaserver/music/Network Drives/Playlist-NAS" where Playlists-NAS is the "Identification" of the Playlist folder on the NAS which you entered into Daphile under the Network Storage entry. It is not the actual name of the folder on the NAS. In my earlier example, the actual folder is "cifs://admin@<NAS-IP>/NAS-Directory/NAS-Music-Library/Playlists" and the Identification entered on the same screen when setting up this share in Daphile is "Playlists_RNAS" since I am using a Netgear Readynas.
  5. My apologies - I have a Network "Playlist" folder as described. I thought Daphile was able to access this for Playlists, but I was wrong. Let's see if other users have a solution to your question.
  6. It is under Network Drives. Same place as Music Library on a NAS. I have a similar setup to you. Playlist on NAS at subdirectory of the Music Library, e.g. cifs://admin@<NAS-IP>/NAS-Directory/NAS-Music-Library/Playlists
  7. Thank you. However, the "Actions" dialogue was missing from my first installation. It appeared after I used the System Firmware>Install to a new, empty USB key. When I restarted using this second USB key, the Action dialogue appeared and alerted me to an update available (Test not Beta) from 15.02-b120952-x86_64 to 15.08 (Aug 11). After that, I can install Beta versions in the manner you describe. Another question: What does the "Reset all settings to the latest firmware default" do? Just Daphile settings or LMS as well?
  8. Did you figure this out? I have a USB installation of version 15.02-b120952-x86_64. I wish to update to the 15.08 Testing version (not beta) that was released Aug. 11. However, I cannot figure out how to do this without losing all my existing settings. The Settings>System Firmware page does not offer an update feature.
